SCLM EVENT RENTALS
Event Rentals is a convenient, cost-effective way for you to obtain items for parties, military balls, banquets, and more. You can arrange a time to meet with our Event Rentals Chair at eventrentals@spousesclublm.org to see our selection and choose the items you need for your next event. A sample of what we have to offer includes:
Serving ware- platters, dessert displays, beverage dispensers, chafing dishes, chargers, pitchers, glass plates
Centerpieces- glass vases in various shapes, mirrors, mason jars, rustic wood slabs, Eiffel vases with ostrich feather toppers, candle sticks in an array of sizes
Silver- candelabras, platters, tea/coffee sets, grog/punch bowl
Linens- table cloths(white and black) and runners
Tables and chairs
Pipe and drape
Wrapping paper holders
Miscellaneous- various party decor, photo area backdrops and props, Christmas items, vase filler
To rent items, please fill out the rental contract below. You will then be directed to purchase your items.
PLEASE NOTE: all rental requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance prior to pick up date. The rental period is for 48 hours. Items kept beyond 48 hours will be charged the full rental price for each 48 hour period past the due date.

You must have a valid military ID to rent items.

While most items are often used for SFRG and military ball events, rental items can be used for any purpose.

No. Items are rented at a set price for a time period not to exceed 48 hours. They are expected to be returned in the condition in which you received them.

Yes! We will accept decor in good condition as long it is determined by the Events Rental Chair that is is desirable to patrons. You may receive a discount on your next rental purchase upon donating.

We currently open by appointment only. If given enough notice, appointments are usually available most days, including weekends.
