This Agreement contains the sole and entire understanding between Organization and Renter with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all promises, inducements, offers, solicitations, agreements, representations and warranties heretofore made between the parties are merged into this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended in any respect unless by a written Agreement executed by or on behalf of the parties to this Agreement in the same manner as this Agreement is executed. *

Any items not returned on tome will be assessed a fee. Failure to pay all fees will result in refusal of future services from SCLM.

All rental requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance prior to pick up date. The rental period is for 48 hours. Items kept beyond 48 hours will be charged the full rental price for each 48 hour period past the due date.
